This is one of the best waist trainers I have ever owned. It’s made of excellent quality, durable material. Helped with my back pain
This is so nice! I didn't really get it for waist training per se, I got it as a back brace. My back hurts a lot since I had my baby. This is very easy to put on and it stays on very nicely. The only thing is it rolls up because I have a thicker body on the bottom. Even still, my back felt supported while wearing this. It even took away some of the pain I was experiencing. I think this is definitely worth trying if you are also experiencing back pain like me.

I bought this waist trainer mainly to help with back support. I’ve had bad back pain for years, and my posture is absolutely terrible. No matter how hard I try to stand or sit up straight, I still end up slouched over. This waist trainer has helped me so much with my back pain. Even though I mostly wanted the trainer for my posture, it’s also been great for tummy control!! I mostly use it while I’m in the house but I think I might start wearing it when I’m Out and about. I haven’t used a waist trainer in years and this one didn’t disappoint!
