I've had this red light therapy mat for about 10-11 weeks now and have been using it regularly, about 3-4 times a week, lying face up for about 10 to 15 minutes and face down for another 10 to 15 minutes. I am very pleased with this product...well, not just a product but a health tool, really.

This therapy pad works well, but be aware that it shuts off automatically after a short while. I have to press button three times to get the time I want. Charging is slow. But for the price, it's a nice little gizmo.
