I have a protruding disc. This brace is amazing. Had an issue with it a the replacement is already on the way. If you have back pain 100% recommend this brace. I literally have to have surgery to remove part of my disc from my nerves root. This brace makes it to were I can go to work if that tells you anything! Very durable. I work in manufacturing everyday with it.

It is a bit of an investment but I decided to take a chance on this one after seeing it on TikTok.
There are no exaggerated sounds like they had on the TikTok videos but man this thing helped me a ton. I’ve been down and out in bed for days because my lower back was so bad. Once I started wearing this thing it really helped my back start to feel better. -

This gives a great deal of support, about ten times as much as the elastic-based ones you can usually buy at a drug store. It is very light weight but works every bit as effectively as one my doctor tried to get me to buy for $600.00.
