Fit Resistance Trainer
I was surprised by how effective this little tool is! The resistance feels strong and smooth, and the adjustable design makes it easy to use whether I’m doing sit-ups, arm exercises, or leg work. It’s super convenient for quick workouts at home—especially on days when I can’t go to the gym. The material feels sturdy, and the foot pedals are comfortable and don’t slip. After a couple of sessions, I could really feel it working my whole body. Definitely worth it if you want a simple but powerful workout tool.
